Η διαμονή ευχάριστη, το δωμάτιο ζεστό αλλά λίγο μικρό για όσους έχουν πολλές αποσκευές. Τοποθεσία εξυπηρετική και προσωπικό σωστό. Πρόβλημα η μη έγκαιρη επιδιόρθωση του ασανσέρ.

Wij zijn afgelopen dagen in dit hotel geweest. Wat een leuk hotel, netjes en verzorgd. Fijn dat er ontbijt is, omdat je met een gevulde maag op pad gaat. Het persoon was zeer vriendelijk en persoonlijk. Elke dag ook een schone, nette kamer! Het duurde wel wat lang met de lift, maar je kan gewoon ook de trap pakken. Dit is prima te doen. Wij zaten op verdieping 3.

Rooms are good. But breakfast lobby is way too small for the croud, and this becomes hell. Only one of the elevators was working, so it took up to 10 min to get to our room due to the jam. Bathroom was not vacuumed properly with many women hair on the tiles. Front desk not friendly.

You get what you pay for The room was NY-small, which was fine for the price, but having only one working elevator for a 15-floor building was difficult. Also, a lot of the housekeeping stuff happens on the first floor, right next to the elevator. The pancake machine was working, but the dining are was a zoo since it was very small relative to the number of guests.

The staff was friendly, room service was excellent! Our room did not have a refrigerator, a staff member assisted with having one brought to our room in a timely manner. The location was great for walking distance to the subway. The area was clean, and felt safe.

Vår resa till N.Y Vi är väldigt nöjda över vår vistelse i N.Y. Hotellet var perfekt, god frukost, fina rum och nära till allt! Det enda negativa var att hissarna inte fungerade fullt ut och trångt på frukosten.
