Close to msg good front desk people …nice and basic I would stay again
Overall, our stay was decent, but we did encounter a few issues. One night, we struggled to sleep due to other guests partying in the hallways. They were smoking marijuana in a neighboring room, which caused our room to smell of smoke. These disturbances occurred between 3-5 AM, which we found completely unacceptable. Excellent choice Great location; hotel was safe, staff efficient; except when we asked for extra pillows and towels. The front desk said they would order them. No one ever showed up.

Great stay Great location to explore the city. We had one room for a family of two adults and two children which worked well, as we only used it as a base to sleep. Bathroom was a good size. The room was well cleaned.

Great location for walking to MSG which was where the venue for the event we attended.

Only one elevator functional at busiest time of year. Would have been nice if it was at least being worked on.
