Staff was was great, good location and the room was clean. Room was not cheap for the very limited and poor TV services they offer only 5 old channels to watch and room was dark two lights were not working at all, I think facilities need better maintenance.
Staff was helpful room is spacious and walkable
The bed is SO comfortable, it was the best part of the experience.

Great staff and nice room. Lobby is cramped, which is to be expected in NYC. Addition of mini fridge in rooms would be nice. Overall, very good experience.
