Several TV channels were not available,e.g. NBC, CBS, HGTV, TLC. Wifi signal was weak. Room did not have a hairdryer. Otherwise good. Room was clean, bed comfortable and location was just where I needed it to be.

The staff was nice and my room was clean
Room was small, but this is expected of NYC hotels at this price point. Gym was very small - only 2 machines - but did have a water fountain for guest use. Basement had public bathrooms, though these were sometimes locked. Room smelt slightly damp, but was clean and air conditioning worked well. Bedsheets were changed every other day, and towels restocked daily. Bathroom was clean, though small. Elevator wait was minimal, and stairs lead directly to the lobby, so both options were open. Good lower manhattan location, no chiling area though and very tight
The location was perfect for what we wanted to do.
