The staff is very friendly, even trying to work with foreigners if they're struggling with passport that i noticed from their other guests. I'm impressed with my experience after stayed for 4 days/3 nights. No ice machine nor coffee maker in the room, I am just note this for someone else who wants to stay at this place as I am not a coffee drinker. BUT Dunkin Donuts is right next door from this hotel though. I would stayed at this hotel again without any hesitation if I come back to NYC.

Bem Abaixo do padrão holiday inn Bem abaixo da qualidade dos holiday inn de outras regiões dos EUA. A recepção é minúscula, os corredores dos andares são tão estreitos que as malas mal passam, carpetes dos corredores bem sujos. Não tem o shampoo e condicionador como tem nos outros, tem maquina de café mas não tem copos, e o café da manhã é meio humilhante, vc tem que ir no balcão de atendimento, pegar os salgados, ficar na fila da garrafa de café (q no meu caso estava vazia) e comer em pé mesmo.
La gerente es súper grosera! Si no fuera por la recepcionista no tendría clientes, no debería tener una gerencia así, yo trabajo para la hostelería y jamás hay gente así de grosera
