The lady who checked us in was very welcoming & gave us as all the information we would need before we went to our room. The room was very clean. The one issue I had was they only had decaf pods for the Keurig in my room lol We stayed in a room with a balcony & I was pretty impressed. We were able to see the Christmas tree from there. It wasn’t the most spectacular view but it was pleasurable for me. Overall it was a great trip & I would stay here again.
Simple clean room.. It’s more chill in that part of Manhattan…Easy subway close by for all the fun and trouble you’re seeking..
The staff were amazing! The hotel is in a great area and very close to the subway. The room was a bit run down. The security latch didn’t connect and the I. Room safe did not work.
The woman at the front desk was super nice and made a great experience even better!!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Room desperately needs carpets shampooed, very gross; do not walk barefoot! walls need cleaned/repainted. Bathroom not properly cleaned. Restaurant was not open as advertised.
