great location The room was comfy but SMALL! Like bathroom and bed that’s it! Gotta love NY!
We had an amazing experience! The front desk was extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout our 3 night stay. Our room was very clean with great products in the bathroom. The genuine good morning we received each morning from the front desk staff was the best way to start the day.
The staff was efficient and helpful at all times. The room felt tired. It could do with a new carpet and wall paper. It is very conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and the subway.
Pros: Great location, easy access to the subway. Room as clean and staff was very friendly. Cons: noise. The other guests were very loud, screaming and banging doors, and you could hear everything. The heater: as soon as I turned it on the smoke detector went off. I had to turn it off.
