I booked a room for two nights because of our black out power failure in Brooklyn NY This Holiday Inn was not far from my job I was given a great room on the 17th floor Nice high up with a bit of a view The negative thing was good thing I booked online At the front desk the room was astronomically high priced.
Sincere service with a smile and accommodations The staff at the Holiday Inn was incredible. Randall made certain that my room was ready and available as soon as possible. Randall and the rest of the staff printed out directions to every place that I had to be. There was a young lady who insisted that I felt comfortable before getting into a cab or any other service that was required for my transportation. Comfortable and clean. Great location and helpful staff.
Location is great, but this hotel is TINY and so are the rooms and bathrooms. I couldnt fully open the bathroom door because of how small it was. The lobby is basically just a desk. It's a hole in the wall, but it keeps Holiday Inn standards for cleanliness.
Valet situation was off putting. We went and found parking ourselves.

Nice location close to 911. Clean rooms friendly staff
didn't end up staying due to overbooking issue - HOWEVER the staff was great in getting me sorted and went above and beyond to make sure i got to my next destination and even asked that i let them know when i got there (financial district in nyc late at night!)
