Great Stay in NYC Front desk help was great. They were very friendly and helpful to our stay. They made sure to take care of the AC problem with our room and got extra towels for us.
Visit to Manhattan We were in town for 5 nights. The room was clean, but which I guess is typical in NY if you are not paying top dollar. It is in a good location. I wish that is came with a microwave of fridge. It seemed like a pretty safe are though it can get somewhat deserted at night. I would definitely stay there again.
Great staff and location, not the cleanest The room was tidy but worn and smelt a little damp. The bathroom wasn’t in good condition with the shower head almost falling out and the shower curtain discoloured. Great staff and location though. Expensive for basic/low quality.
Close to Wall Street
Amazing stay and friendly staff An amazing location and beautiful accommodations! I found this deal for the HIH last minute and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the rooms were for me and my 17-month old. The staff are also lovely!
Comfortable room. Breakfast room has too many dumb signs. One feels like one is inside an advertisement.
