We purchased a Chaparral 336 from Holiday RV and have been very satisfied. Brian Sandage was our salesman and has been very helpful in answering questions and giving us suggestions. We have had several issues and have taken the camper back to have them repaired and they are always polite and helpful. We are quite a distance from the Holiday RV store and have to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there but when we get there, they work very hard and quick to get us back on the road as fast as they can. We purchased a new Class A motorhome a few months ago with the help of Brian Sandage. He spent a lot of time with us when we first looked at the motorhome, answering our many questions, as well as the day we picked it up, showing us all the things we needed to know. We took a 2 week camping trip shortly after our purchase and had some problems. I've bought two Light Weight Campers from Holiday RV and will be a customer for life. The owners and staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The way a business should run.
Brian Sandage worked with us on the purchase of our new 5th wheel camper. We ended up buying a Chaparral 372QBH. It's got two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a roomy living room. We can honestly say that it was one of the easiest large purchase transactions we've ever done! We will definitely do business with Holiday RV again in the future!
