Sales dept was good but boy that service dept has left us shaking our head! Bought a brand-new camper and has been to the service dept 3 times and still have issues. Thankfully the manufacturer is standing behind their product. They even went above and beyond and found us a competent dealership to complete the repairs properly!

We bought a 2017 Shadow Cruiser and the sales person was good. The service department not so much. We had it in 3 times with nothing fixed on it. The awning leaks and they put black goop on it like a 3rd grader did it. The sink does not drain and they say it is a gasket issue. The front speakers are blown and they say they are only five dollar speakers saying they can not handle a lot of power put to them ( so volume 5 is too much ). Today my youngest son and I went out here to go inside a couple campers we had spotted the night before after hours. Internet, the front business door, and their own web page said they were open from 8-1pm on Saturday's. We arrived approx 12:45pm and parked directly in front of business door and my son says, "ummm.. mom that guy just shut that light off that says open?!?" Sold us a water logged camper with an inspection done by them! After towing it 4 hours home our shop said it was completely worthless, Holiday RV said the sale was final! Terrible!
