The customer service at this Hollywood Feed did not meet the standards I've seen at other locations. I had to help myself, which I didn't mind, but I also needed to check myself out because nobody was at the register. Another customer was rude to me, which was weird. Maybe they're understaffed here. It's just not what I've experienced at other HF locations.

Associate was somewhat rude. States clearly here on the website that Missisppi Made Collars have a lifetime guarantee. Was told at the Bartlett location, I just need to bring them for exchange. Cordova location stated they were not aware of any guarantee but would exchange them this time and only this time. All stated in a condescending way.

There’s nothing better, but I my vet ordered my dog’s food be changed. An associate started an aggressive argument with me that my vet was wrong. You need to retrain some employees that they should not fight with customers. They are part time employees, not vets who went to more school than average doctors. I am in the autism spectrum and considered shopping somewhere else. Luckily, most of your employees including your manager, who is a bit older than the employee who was unnecessarily aggressive, is a wonderful person. She... read more
