I have always experienced excellent customer service at Hollywood Feed. All the staff are very friendly and they always say hello when you walk in the door. It doesn’t matter which location you go to, and if you’ve never been to that location… They always have the information you need. What you bought last week or what you bought last year… They always walk your heavy bags to your car. What more can you ask for???!!!

Very sweet and helpful girl helped me find what I wanted. Chatted with me, took giant bags to my car. People who work at your stores are always so good. I go to 3 HF stores; same vibe and service at all of them. I was assisted by the woman with 1 toddler and 1 baby, 4 cats, and 2 dogs. 🙀

We have an aging cat with urinary issues, therefore purchasing litter often is a necessity. Grace helped us get a good deal by purchasing torn bags that could not be put on the regular shelf. Her help saved us a lot and her kind, professional attention was excellent. Also, Luna was a very special cutie!

The little things in customer service make the difference. I had a handful of stuff and Joy recognized my need for a basket. Joy and Bear even made the checkout experience fun. Great products, great customer service.

I love Hollywood Feed. I never leave reviews but I have to leave one this time because I met the best store associate. Bear was super helpful and friendly. I’m not sure if he is a store manager, but if he isn’t he should. He is the definition of what you think of in terms of “great customer service”.
