We are extremely happy with the customer assistance from a young, energetic, friendly, pragmatic and personally experienced dog owning staff member. I miss the crew that used to work at my store. Not that these people are bad I just don’t enjoy the trip as much as I used to. I don’t feel the connection with my local store that I had before I do enjoy delivery now though since I don’t go into the store as much
