I miss the crew that used to work at my store. Not that these people are bad I just don’t enjoy the trip as much as I used to. I don’t feel the connection with my local store that I had before I do enjoy delivery now though since I don’t go into the store as much
We are extremely happy with the customer assistance from a young, energetic, friendly, pragmatic and personally experienced dog owning staff member. We already had a list of needs from our breeder that we later learned are only readily available at a Hollywood location, but this young lady went beyond expectations and won our trust during our 20 minute first visit to Hollywood last week at Hoover store / Birmingham, AL area.
