All of the staff at this store know us by name and provide the best customer service. We won't shop anywhere else for supplies for our "babies".

I was attempting to purchase a case of dog treats for the listed case price which was on a sticker. It didn’t strike me until I was walking out that I was charged different than what was on the box. I asked the person helping me and through his review he stated the price was incorrect on the box and tore it off. Most companies would honor the price because it is their mistake but not here. I wasn’t offered anything for my trouble just an explanation that somebody made a calculation error. I am not saying I should have be... read more
