This store has always had great employees. When I visited this time the young man was very rude. Maybe he didn’t want to be bothered because he was eating behind the counter. I am a frequent shopper at Hollywood feed. For many years. I recently received a coupon from FROMM directly for a small bag of free food. When I presented him with the coupon, he stared at it for quite a while. The snapped, “where did you get this”? I told him Fromm sent it to me as a replacement bag. Got help choosing the best new feed for my little dog
Great customer service
Customer service was “ok.” I think it was the clothes I had on. Maybe they thought I wasn’t going to spend money but don’t ever judge a book by its cover. I’m a mixed assistant principal. The greet a “white” customer got and the greet I got had a large gap between the two. Had I not needed a quick collar for my new pup I would have walked out. Thanks! Hope you have a blessed day!
