My dog eats food which is not stocked in every store. When I called for my last order the Preston Oaks store was out but managed to-get a bag from The Skillman store within a couple if hours. Excellent Customer Service

Great as usual
Wonderful customer service and knowledge of products. I was looking for a specific brand of treats that my dog loves and the the young man helping Mr able to recommend other products in that line to try, he was very attentive to my needs. I eikkbreturn to thank him for the recommendations.
We needed to switch dog food brands since Merrick was bought out by a Chinese company (known for cutting corners). Rudy was very helpful and informative and guided us to a new brand that our dog LOVES!
