the staff is always really kind. we shop there for our older Boston pup but got a new pug pup and took him in. the staff was super helpful to offer advice and products for the new pup.they were super awkward to follow us around but I understand other people like that. it just feels pressured to us.

Jennifer was amazing and so helpful! We adopted a pup today and this is where we met. We have never been in one of these and it was a wonderful experience. You have new lifelong customers!
