Our team attends monthly training on nutrition and products to ensure well-informed service for our customers! We're thrilled you're pleased and hope to see you again soon!
My go to place for information on feeding and all things dog! The knowledge of the staff is something I rely on. The training they get must be amazing.. I am a bit jealous!
Business response:
Ellen, we’re very proud of the compliment on our team members. Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers! We've now opened up much of our internal training to the public (So come and join the class with us) and users can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. Thank you for your five-star review! We hope to see you again soon!
Always a great experience when I come into the Hollywood Feed store. Everyone is helpful and nice, and even bring my big bag of dog food out of the car for me. It’s always appreciated!
