Very good customer service. Staff are helpful and friendly. Best of all, always stocked with quality products for my dog.
Everyone there is super nice and very knowledgable about the products.
Normally this store is great with customer service . The last visit not so much the cashier is not having a good day and very unfriendly

I received GREAT customer service. The prices are exorbitantly high and same items available from other suppliers are $3-$6 more for same product. Your prices are not sustainably affordable in this economy.

Every time I enter the store, the clerks are either not wearing a mask or are wearing it on their chins. I have just about reached the point where I'm not sure I will return.

Employees provide wrong info for the last purchase and keep confusing the customer. Worst experience ever!
