A couple weeks ago while entering your store I observed a young couple with two school-age kids read the posted sign about masks being required and then enter the store WITHOUT masks. None of the employees on duty informed the parents to put masks on. When I inquired of the cashier if masks were required for everyone, she confirmed yes, that masks were required for everyone. Guy working barely said 2 words to me when I came in and when I asked about a product and if they have other sizes he just said “no.” I am a new dog owner and he was not very helpful.

Came out with wrong order, wasn’t friendly, pants were bagging down showing underwear. Not a good experience. Previously I was told by employee to get my puppy away from her dog, behind the counter. Rude!
