They helped me carry my large bag of food to my car.
Good customer service. I was promptly asked if I needed help upon entering the shop. At the other HFs in town they always offer to carry the large bag of dog food I buy, this store didn't. I'm not upset in any way about it, it just seems like the other stores have set a higher standard.

Excellent, friendly service. Always greeted with a smile and offers of assistance. Well stocked.
I love the selection and quality of products. The customer service is amazing. The only negative is the 3%charge that the current property has put on the business that are passed on to the consumer.
