I am a regular customer. This time when I went there were two newer employee's. Not only did I wait but three others and never any acknowledge of us standing there. It only would have taken a second.

Unprofessional Walked in there were two girls behind the desk did not say anything to me they were busy talking. Store was a mess could not get down some isles I walked around. Left and no one said a word I will not go back.

Disappointed that moozles have been out of stock for so long. I know that is not the fault of the store. But when I got ears instead cashier wanted to charge full price (even though on sale) when I got 1 of 9 that wasn't included in sale. I got the 1 because there weren't 10 of the ones on sale.

The Madison store Employees are RUDE SNOBS. The Regional manager basically doesn’t care because she has let this go on for some time now. Several complaints and nothing done. Cooperate Emails you codes to use to save money on your next purchase, But when you try to use the codes, The employees make you feel uneasy for using them. One great thing about Hollywood feed? Dog wash closes early and it is not posted on the website or on the front door. My dog needed a last minute bath. It wasn’t just a maintenance bath but a needed bath because he had an accident and got into red mud. Took him to Hollywood Feed to use the self service bath only to be told that the dog wash closes an hour before the store. I don’t mind that it closes early but it should be posted somewhere especially when a regular customer has an unexpected emergency.
