Hollywood Feed is my favorite pet store and I buy all of my supplies for my fur babies from there. I mainly shop at the Madison store as it’s closer to me. Cindy and team have always been very courteous and helpful. If something is not in stock they go out of their way to find it, have it transferred over or shipped.

Always greet as I enter the store with a smile and asking if I need any assistance. And if I do they are very helpful. Answer any questions I might have and are very knowledgeable. And we love seeing the employees pets behind the counter each time we go and they are there. My grand daughter thinks she is the only girl they want to give kisses to…. 😁

This store is always friendly and willing to help as soon as you walk in the door. You are greeted and asked if you need help. They are good to give information on the products they have available that might be just what you are needing or just want to try.
The staff at this store is always friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated them helping me to my car with two very heavy bags of dog food.
