The staff at Snellville is always friendly and eager to help. The dog food I normally purchase was not on the shelf, but new pallets were just delivered in the store. Of course my dogs food was on the bottom of the pallet. They kindly removed approximately 12-15 bags to hand me the dog food I normally get. They could have told me to come back but instead went above and beyond for my bully and I. Thank you.

Excellent customer service, which seems to be harder and harder to get these days… and it was Christmas Eve! Showed me options for the item I needed and texted me on Christmas to make sure I was satisfied. I’ve shopped there twice for very specific needs and was impressed with the staff both times. The staff is very nice every time I call to place an order. They try to find what I need and suggest other items if they are low. My order is delivered that day.

We always have an amazing experience at Hollywood Feed at Webb Gin. Every single staff member is nice, super attentive, and very knowledgeable. We always seem to go when Nathan is working and we love that he remembers us and asks about our pets! He always asks us if he can grab items off the shelf, checks if they have our frequented items in stock, and holds the door for us as we leave! We absolutely LOVE Hollywood feed and will never go anywhere else for our pets and needs!!
