I left my original review on Google instead of bird eye.. just wanted to run over here Incase the google review doesn’t get as much attention. Been a dog mom for 42 years. We live in a changing world where even customer service has greatly suffered. Paulie was simply amazing!!!! No joke.. old school customer service at its finest, and it didn’t feel like he was just “going through the motions”. Great energy and he made me like my 1000 questions (jk) were valid and important… I appreciated him..

I had run out of cat food without realizing, and had to quickly find and source a new food and store to purchase from. I’m very glad I chose Hollywood Feed. I don’t usually try to shop before closing times, but my lack of forethought had me scrambling. I walked in with about 10 minutes before close, and Jay was able to help me pick a new cat food, show me a picture of a kitten they fostered, let me show off my cats, and recommended a another food purchase that I will be making in the future!
