I always a wonderful experience here because of the staff! Everyone has been welcoming and helpful every visit. Other stores may carry the same things but I come back because of the people who work here!

Henry and staff are always helpful and knowledgeable! I enjoy talking to Jay and Jena for my cats. And Tera for any dog nutrition needs/treat recs. I will always send anyone and everyone I know to HWF Decatur for their pet food 💙

All the staff is great and very friendly. I do a lot of orders and they put it together perfectly. Great store.
The entire staff was super amazinggggg helping my boyfriend and I to find the best food and toys for our puppy💜 we drove 40 minutes to this store and the customer service was so great that we will continue to drive that distance knowing we will receive amazing customer service!! Im not sure of the two ladies that helped us yesterday 7/13/2024 but you two ladies were amazing!
