My husband was thrilled with the customer service here. With the takeover of Rucker Pet our loyalty account was screwed up. The employee at this location made it right by giving us a bag of food and starting us over on the program. Rare to see service and common sense these days. Thank you.

I always have a great experience at this Hollywood feed. They know me :) I like that and they are always helpful if I have any questions. Prices are great on dog food and treats.
