I live in between 2 locations. I went to the Peachtree Corners location and they were rude to me when I wanted to use a coupon and told me it was expired. It just expired by a few days. So then after my purchase I left and drove to the Duluth location at sugarloaf. I talked to the manager there and she told me that if I wanted to buy something she would honor my coupon. I will say I get really awesome service at the Duluth location and will continue to shop there instead of the Peachtree corners location.

I was asked if I needed help but other than that staff were not friendly and totally ignored my dog. If you don't want to interact with pets don't work at a pet type store.

Apparently they lost my membership. Couldn’t get any deals or anything for my Doberman pincher. They didn’t have any of his favorite treats like ducks head or turkey heads. The two girls made me feel really dumb and if I didn’t know what I was talking about. They literally tried and redirected me to this expensive dietary supplements and treats.

Salesperson was not wearing a mask and was seemingly unaware of social distancing. Online shopping is very easy and there are other stores in the area where sales people are wearing masks. I won't be back.
