Excellent customer service!! The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and offer great suggestions for my fur babies. Friendly! I will not shop anywhere else for my pets!!

Great customer service, assistance with unloading dog food from my car, pleasant attitudes .. and no complaining about working! I am encouraged when I see young people working & not complaining about making their living. I had to return a portion of the last bag of food we purchased for our senior dog. A full refund was offered. Our senior girl is going through a difficult time with dietary issues & HF has been very helpful along the way. We have also used the delivery option which we appreciate. Staff was very helpful. I’m horrible with names but everyone there was very pleasant.
Most of the time I take advantage of the same day delivery but every once in a while am able to stop in and am always greeted by friendly staff. I love this place!
