Every time I enter the store I am greeted with a smile. They not only remember who I am and my dogs’ names but the exact food they eat as well. It is always a pleasure to shop with such well informed people, knowledgeable about their merchandise and take such pride in what they do.

I do not care for your new rewards program. It does not honor points quick enough. You also took away mu check writting ability and am forced to use a credit card. please update and have this changed. Thanks
