Every time I step into the store, I am greeted sooo warmly with smiles! They know me by my first name and ask about my pups, if they’re not with me. Without even asking, they know which merchandise I’m looking for and not only bring it to the counter but take it out to the car as well. These are, by far, thee BEST, Friendliest, most knowledgeable folks. It’s always a pleasure visiting and purchasing products for my pups at PetPeople Lake Forest.

As always such excellent customer service! Jesus worked with me and Archie my “ exuberant and always happy” 10 mo Frenchie to find a perfect fit for a no pull harness. The folks here are just the best with everything- and they truly love animals!!
