My groomer, Alma, is wonderful! I cannot say the same about the other retail staff members that were there at my last visit. They appeared to be new. I had never seen them there at previous visits. One employee, maybe it was the manager, acted like he did not even like animals. No smile the entire time. He acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked him for assistance to get a dog jacket for me from a top hanger that I couldn't reach.
