Eve and Jay were incredible helpful and friendly. The checkout process awful!!! This is NOT customer focused! Whoever made this decision should be fired!

Staff experience is amazing. Check out process abysmal! Please don’t respond with an email explaining to me how wonderful it is because I haven’t heard a positive thing about it. I only shop at the two locations because of the people! This management decision is awful!

My groomer, Alma, is wonderful! I cannot say the same about the other retail staff members that were there at my last visit. They appeared to be new. I had never seen them there at previous visits. One employee, maybe it was the manager, acted like he did not even like animals. No smile the entire time. He acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked him for assistance to get a dog jacket for me from a top hanger that I couldn't reach. The former staff used to offer my dog a treat at checkout after her grooming app... read more

We usually have a great experience but it seemed like we were bothering the young lady that attended to us. I think it was because we asked her for help getting something down. As I said we used Hollywood for all our Fromm food and always have great experiences with them but this was not.
