We usually have a great experience but it seemed like we were bothering the young lady that attended to us. I think it was because we asked her for help getting something down. As I said we used Hollywood for all our Fromm food and always have great experiences with them but this was not.

I ordered some puppy food and was never contacted about its status. I ordered in a Wednesday and said it would be in Friday. I never got a call. I called to check on it and was told it would be in Tuesday. Almost 2 weeks later I still have not heard either way. I had to get the food from another company. I will not be getting food from there if it is not in stock, even though this store is 20+ minutes closer than where I ended up getting the food from. May explore ordering online.
