I used to love this store, but the attitude of the staff has changed. They are snippy and act like it is my privilege to shop there. I now take my business (which is substantial, by the way) to Woof. I travel 1/2 hour now for my Answers products, but Woof is willing to order whatever I need. No more Hollywood Feed.

Everything was great until I got a pushy lecture about the type of brand and food I feed my dogs and cats. My husband and most of our friends work in the veterinary field. I know what I feed my dogs is good for them and I know what I can and can’t feed my fur babies. I didn’t appreciate the attempt to shame me and convert me into a “grain free” diet feeder for my pets. Which, BTW already has medically been proven to cause heart failure to many dogs that don’t normally get heart problems. Grain free is NOT healthy for all dog... read more
