Love this store and it's products! Customer service cannot be beat. Dee Dee is amazing and always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. People like her make our visits easy and fun.

When my cat and dog account was merged early this year I did not get credit for all of the food I had purchased. When we met our bonus amount, We didn’t qualify for the same size dog food we had been buying but instead it was smaller. I don’t know that I will stay with Hollywood Feed or go with another company, going forward. I know it petty, but it shouldn’t be set up with one set of rules only to change the rules in the middle of the game. Maybe I should have used two separate phone numbers, but then that would have been a... read more

Our Frequent Feeder program works by averaging the purchases made under a particular brand over time and taking the average amount off of your redeemable purchase. For example, with Fromm, you can redeem your discount after 12 purchases of dog and cat food (cases of cans or bags of dry food). If you buy a small bag of cat food half the time, and a large bag of dog food the other half, you would receive a coupon averaging the amount spent over those ... read more

I used to love this store, but the attitude of the staff has changed. They are snippy and act like it is my privilege to shop there. I now take my business (which is substantial, by the way) to Woof. I travel 1/2 hour now for my Answers products, but Woof is willing to order whatever I need. No more Hollywood Feed.
