Incredible customer service from every single person that works there. They work with my budget, suggest product my animals like, order cat food special for me, and are just so over the top nice. I've been shopping at Hollywood feed for 6 years because of the service, but the Austin location goes above and beyond.

I can tell there has been more efforts in Customer Service. I get my dog food and a certain treat from you guys but I find I am having to get the rest of my items from another pet store. The selection at your store has been diminishing, not as much variety. I don't like ordering from your store then picking it up. If I wanted to do that I could have done that originally.
