I am so pleased with them. The manager ( I apologize I didn’t get his name) & an associate DeeDee ( Flower Mound TX)where so very helpful. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Two younger gentlemen immediately greeted me and my puppy. I was in the market for a new harness. They recommended one and fit it to her on the spot. They also recommended favorite toys, which we bought. Then they helped me get some frozen raw bones. I'm a first time dog parent and have so much to learn. It's great knowing that I can go back to Hollywood Feed and get help anytime!
