I love shopping at the Flower Mound location. Being greeted as soon as you enter you feel welcome. They ask if you need any help I always do for I am short and I need help getting my food off the shelf. They are happy to answer any questions you ask. Then the best of all the samples they have on the counter. Your pet gets to sample and most of the time they really love them. Great staff.

I love shopping at the Flower Mound location. Being greeted as soon as you enter you feel welcome. First time in the store after a recommendation from a friend. We are getting a new puppy soon and needed all the supplies. I was welcomed and helped by a wonderful salesman, who took the time to show me what I needed, without being pushy at all. I will definitely shop there for all my fur baby’s needs.
