We LOVE the guidance we receive anytime we have a question or just want to consider other/new options. The selection is also amazing but the staff is the very best part! Yesterday, Samantha went out of her way to investigate and fix an issue with our account and found a duplicate. She has always been so fun & friendly as have ALL the staff, but yesterday’s experience really made us feel like valued customers. Can’t imagine going anywhere else for our pets’ needs.

I came in fir some spray to ease itching for dogs. The associate showed me where they were located and told which ones she recommended. It was a good experience.
