Update to my review: So I did have a small issue that came up but let me tell you what separates good companies from great. In my mind it's customer service. I believe Hollywood Feed's motto is do what's right by the customer. And this rings to all the way from their C-suite with Kent W down to Beth who manages the store at El Dorado for many years now. They even went as far as to track me down from my purchase on the date to then track down my phone number to make it right, that the issue was discussed and make sure I w... read more

I heard about a guarantee they have on any leash or collar for any reason. My dog chewed part of her leash off and Hollywood Feed replaced it for free. They were also super helpful in fitting my other dogs with new collars. Thank you Hollywood Feed.
