Normally we get excellent customer service. On the last trip there, the sale associate would not honor a coupon I received in an email, his excuse was “he had never seen that coupon and didn’t know what to do with it”. We asked if he could try or to speak with someone else to find out and he said no.
The staff was extremely helpful and recommended just the right products and food to get my dog feeling better quickly.
