My husband and I love Hollywood Feed especially the Katy location. We always get the best customer service. David the store manager is awesome. He always greets my husband and I by name and is so friendly to chat with. He knows our dogs by name he is just a very nice guy. He is always so helpful especially when we need something ordered. We've also have had great service when we've had orders delivered the same day to our house. Hollywood feed has us as customers for life. Thank you you for your exceptional customer service.

Always helpful and friendly when I go there. They also have the cutest toys and dog collars there.
