Excellent customer service! The employees are so helpful and sweet!! Brought my 11 week old puppy in with me and they spoiled him rotten! (: I will NEVER shop at a Petsmart again. Hollywood feed is my number one go to from now on!

The people in the store were so kind and always asked if I needed help. When I asked for something, he gave all the kinds they had and informed me which was used for which. I had my dog with me and they were so kind to him. Showering him with love and giving him treats. They were so kind and I got some good-priced raw hide chew for my dog. Great experience and would definitely shop there again. It might be my new favorite pet store!
