Excellent customer service! The employees are so helpful and sweet!! Brought my 11 week old puppy in with me and they spoiled him rotten! (: I will NEVER shop at a Petsmart again. Hollywood feed is my number one go to from now on!

The people in the store were so kind and always asked if I needed help. When I asked for something, he gave all the kinds they had and informed me which was used for which. I had my dog with me and they were so kind to him. Showering him with love and giving him treats. They were so kind and I got some good-priced raw hide chew for my dog. Great experience and would definitely shop there again. It might be my new favorite pet store!

I love your store and so do my pets. After taking the time to study the nutrition in the food that you carry versus the other pet stores who shall remain nameless, well there is no comparison. The food that you carry has more protein than other companies. In fact I was shocked to find out that the food that I bought from a vet had very little protein. I really thought that I was doing the right thing because surely a vet would not recommend such a poor product. I am very happy with the great service and food that you c... read more
