The young man there was great. Loved that he was so helpful and truly loved his job. Smiled and spoke to other customers as they came in. It was a happy atmosphere. Customers were enjoying their experience.

Purchase regularly from my Rockwall location and a few times ordered delivery to my office from a Dallas location. So thankfull the Rockwall store opened right down the street from my house. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my purchases and need for my dogs and cats. They even know me when I pull up for a curbside pick up. Love Hollywood Feed!
I came in on Saturday with my husband and the customer service was horrible. I saw one of the regular employees her name tag said Jordyn, she’s usually always behind the counter but there was an older woman that I’ve never seen who was just rude, I overheard a conversation she was having and it was just nasty, she was also extremely pushy and cut me off every time I tried to speak.
