I needed to purchase a large bag of dog food, however I had an operation and could not lift the bag. Employee cheerfully carried the food to my car and put it in the trunk. She also gave me a card showing how to order pet food with free home delivery shoud I need more... Great customer service!

The employee was so helpful and kind.
I ordered ahead from your app, was very quickly notified that my order was ready for pickup, then my dog and I went to pick it up. So easy!! And, as always, the guy carried it out to my car. I always have great service at my Sandy Springs store. I occasionally use delivery, too. Great same day service that way, too. In most places these days, customer service is dead. But never at Hollywood Feed!❤️
Sales clerk helped me with my dog food, told me about sales happening in store and gave me a food sample based on my purchase total. She also took my bag of dogfood to my car for me.

Love this store! Great raw options for my dog, awesome toys and others things dogs need, super friendly people work there, and my dig loves it. My local store even always smells amazing =D
