I wasn’t impressed with the dog food frequent buyer card transfer to the new system. I buy two different sizes and they all got lumped together, so I missed out on a free bag. I hope the store remains just like the PetPeople store they are replacing. PetPeople had great service.

I frequently shop at the Dublin location for myself and Buckeye Australian Cattle Dog Rescue. We love the selection of natural parts and toys! The last couple of times I purchased ID tags at Dublin, they have been out of the rings that attach the ID tag to the collar. I was on my way to pick up a puppy from a rural shelter a few hours away and did not have time to run home to grab rings from my dog's collars to use as a substitute. All of the staff are very helpful, and professional. They are very knowledgeable and always nice.
Every time I come to Hollywood Fishinger Road, I am very happy with the service there. I cannot say enough about Anita. She is very knowledgeable about her items and she helps me find the right prouduct for my dog. If she is not there, then there is someone to meet me at the door and help me. I really enjoy shopping there. The only thing I don't like is the name "Hollywood" but I can tolerate that because of the great service I receive.there.
Both people in the store were SUPER helpful and very kind.
