Everyone has continued the great customer service after switching from Ruckers to Hollywood Feed. I appreciate that they carry my dogs vegeterian food!

Why not offer the dog enclosure outside free of charge to loyal customers, or at least offer some kind of discount? I have never seen anyone using it either - would be a great way to give something back to your customers and a great incentive for them to keep coming back!
